1. You MUST choose a winner for every game in the tournament. 2. Include your name, phone number, and email address on each entry. 3. An entry fee of $5.00 (cash only) is required for each entry. 4. You may enter as many times as you like. 5. The decisions made by the pool administrator are final. 6. The pool administrator is not responsible for mistakes, blanks, or errors on submitted entries. 7. Final placing is determined by the number of points earned by each entry from the point assignments given to each round in the tournament. 8. In case of any ties, a tie-breaker will be used to determine a winner from the entry which comes closest to correctly predicting the total points scored in the championship game. (over or under) |

Prize Money for the Men's Pool: Monetary prizes will be awarded to the three entries with the most points at the end of the tournament. The total Prize Money is the sum of all entry fees, minus $5.00. This $5.00 goes toward a consolation prize. To encourage participation, the worst entry will win their entry fee back. (Blank brackets don't count)
